I know you were concerned about telling too many stories, but it made both of you seem more personable and I could also tell how much you genuinely care about your clients. It is easy to tell how passionate you are about this.
Your non-profit sounds great and well needed! A lot of times it seems as though people are “stuck” for a period of time until their care is set up.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about B & C United. I did a search for Home Care in the Buffalo and East Aurora area for several months before choosing to interview three places. Communication and availability were critical to me as I had cared for both my parents before I needed to care for my aunt. Since I was 3 1/2 hours away, I needed a trustworthy caregiver.
